Suffolk AHRC's SUPPORTED WORK PROGRAM is your answer
to finding prescreened, skilled and highly motivated employees
who will become valuable members of your stable workforce.
With over 20 years of experience, AHRC places adults with
developmental disabilities in a wide variety of competitive jobs
and trains them at the job site. Applicants are loyal,
appreciative and have outstanding attendance records.
Ongoing support is provided by experienced AHRC job coaches
who are always just a phone call away to assist both employer
and employee. Should the nature of the job change for any
reason, AHRC retrains. The service is cost free and tax
incentives may apply.
