The Personnel Policy and By-Laws
Committee creates, changes, adds to or
deletes, and monitors the Chapter
Personnel Policy and Chapter By-Laws. It
presents to the Board of Directors any
amendments to the Chapter personnel
Policy Manual or the Chapter By-Laws.
