Board Meetings
The Board is required to meet at
least three (3) times a year, and
does meet nine times in a
non-calendar year, from June to
May of the following year. The
months of July, August and
December, the Board is in
recess for Summer and
Seasonal Holidays. The Chapter
fiscal year is from January 1 to
December 31 of the same year.
A board member may not miss
more than three (3) scheduled
meetings in a year.
