INCIDENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Incident Review Committee is responsible for
reviewing and monitoring all allegations of program
participant incidents of abuse. It reviews and monitors
investigative procedures and makes
recommendations, when feasible, to the program
administrator in an attempt to eliminate or minimize
similar occurrences.
The Committee also recommends to the Executive
Director changes in agency and program policy
procedures pertaining to incidents.
The Committee prepares annual reports on general
identified trends in reportable incidents and
allegations of abuse. The reports contain suggested
corrective prevention and/or disciplinary actions and
are submitted to the program administrator, the
Executive Director, and the Board of Directors.
